Important Message Regarding Bulletin Delivery
Every year, parishes run into bulletin delivery issues because the delivery driver thought the parish was not accepting packages over the days surrounding Christmas and New Year.
We have taken steps on our end to help the carrier understand that your bulletin boxes are time-sensitive and must be left at the church. However, this is not always enough as it ultimately comes down to the particular delivery driver with your package. This is where you come in.
Be Proactive
We highly encourage you to be proactive and call your carrier directly. Let them know that your parish is “accepting deliveries every day, except Christmas Day and New Years Day.” If your parish has a school, be sure to tell them the parish office is open, even though the school is closed for the holiday. This is a helpful plan of action to help ensure sure your delivery driver leaves your bulletins.
