When I add/import a member, what happens?
When a member is added/imported with an email, the member receives an email Welcome message telling them they have been added to the group. The member can click on a link to register or update their profile information, but this is not required.
When a member is added/imported with a cellular phone number, the member receives a text stating that the organization would like to send them text messages. The member needs to reply “Yes” to confirm or “Stop” to opt out. They will then receive a Welcome message with a link to register or update their profile information.
