How do I set up remote assistance?

  1. Go to this link https://dev.diocesan.com/care/#remote-assistance
  2. Click here for the Mac version
  3. Click the orange button that says “Launch Remote Assistance”
  4. A box will pop in the bottom left corner of your screen that says “DPI-QuickSupport.exe” double click it (NOTE: Box may pop up in a different corner especially in Apple products)
  5. Under the “Allow Remote Control” section you will see Your ID and Password
  6. Give the support member the Your ID number first and then the Password
