How do I set up remote assistance?
- Go to this link https://dev.diocesan.com/care/#remote-assistance
- Click here for the Mac version
- Click the orange button that says “Launch Remote Assistance”
- A box will pop in the bottom left corner of your screen that says “DPI-QuickSupport.exe” double click it (NOTE: Box may pop up in a different corner especially in Apple products)
- Under the “Allow Remote Control” section you will see Your ID and Password
- Give the support member the Your ID number first and then the Password
